We are looking for a
Concept Developer to join our
GEO Solutions team
In this role you will will be responsible for creating tailored geoenergy and heat pump solutions for customers' real estate properties.
This position involves tasks such as data collection and analysis, on-site visits, conducting software simulations, drawing the HVAC designs, possessing expertise in heat pump and geo-drilling technologies, and preparing pre-studies for customers in collaboration with the sales team.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have
relevant engineering education, such as a degree in engineering or a master's in energy engineering or HVAC engineering
2-4 years of relevant work experience
expertise in geothermal, heat pump, or refrigeration technology
knowledge in design programs, such as CADS, AutoCAD, CADMATIC or similar
basic knowledge and skills in electrical, automation, and information technology
proactive, open-minded, and innovative approach
excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
fluent Finnish and English
